April 2015

April was Easter break - a month off of school!  So, we spent the month just trying to keep ourselves busy.  Luckily, spring arrived just after Easter, so we were able to spend lots of time outside.

Playing at the playground.

Trent fell through the slats on the chair.  He was not happy with me here, because I was taking pictures instead of helping him get out :)

Poor guy was a bit sick here, but there were only so many days I could keep Nathan inside the house, so we headed to the park anyway :)

Miniature golfing on a sunny spring day.

Nathan has decided he wants to be a goalie now.  He keeps sleeping with mittens on and saying they are his goalie gloves.

Heading to the Sensational Butterflies exhibit at the Natural History Museum.

Riding the bus like a big boy :)

This one keeps me on my toes!  Here he is sitting inside a kitchen cabinet and playing with tupperware.  He is tall enough to open the cabinet doors now and he can even open all of the doors in our flat now, so there is no locking him out of things.  And, he is constantly climbing on everything! He can even climb onto our kitchen counters now, by first climbing onto the kitchen table chairs, then the kitchen table, then up onto the counters.

Yes, he climbed up here on his own to get some food.

Vauxhall City Farm with friends over Easter break.

Jak's on a rainy Sunday.

We got to go to a private viewing of the Alexander McQueen exhibit at the V&A.

Playdate in Hyde Park with a friend from school.

The boys wanted to stop for ice cream in Kensington Gardens.

Enjoying a sunny day in Battersea Park.

Easter 2015

We had a great Easter weekend (we get a 4-day weekend for Easter here) with the boys!  It included lots of eating.  And, the best part was that spring finally decided to show up here the day after Easter.  So, we spent Easter Monday outside enjoying the sun and warmth that we had been missing so much!

Decorating Easter eggs with the gang.

No egg decorating for this guy, but he had fun playing :)

So proud of his dyed eggs.

School Easter bonnet parade.
