Prague - May 2014

Over Nathan's half-term break, we spent a few days in Prague, Czech Republic.  We had a great time just wandering the streets with the kids.
We had an early morning flight to Prague, so we spent the night before the flight at a hotel by Heathrow.  This was our view from our hotel room.  From the time we got to the hotel until the time he went to bed, Nathan stood at the window watching the planes take off and land.  This may have been his favorite part of the trip :)

Bubbles!

Nathan loved the cherries from this fruit stand!

Nathan and Chris in front of the Prague Astronomical Clock.  Every hour, bells chime and little doors open on the clock revealing little animated figures moving around within the opened doors.

Trent liked Prague :)
Relaxing at the hotel spa.

This was just a cute little street that we liked.

And, drinking some hot chocolate.

Goodbye Prague.

April-May 2014

April 10, 2014 - 3 months old

Cookies!  Nathan was so excited to make cookies with the cookie cutters that came in the Easter goody box that Grandma and Grandpa sent us.

Nathan loves his new bed!  He was getting too long for his toddler bed, so it was time to upgrade.

Go Man U!

Bumper cars at the fun fair at Battersea Park.

First ferris wheel ride.
He didn't love it :)

Legoland

I cannot remember whether I even had friends at the age of 3 and I don't know whether most 3-year olds have best friends, but I'm guessing that Nathan's relationship with his two best friends, Brice and Aiden, is pretty special.  These three do everything together and if they are not together, they are asking to see each other.  They have so much fun together!  We call them the Three Amigos.

The youngest of the Three Amigos, Aiden, turned three this month.  To celebrate his birthday, we loaded up all of the kids (7, including siblings!) and headed to Windsor to spend the day at Legoland.  The boys had so much fun there that Nathan has decided that is what he wants to do for his birthday this year too.

Happy birthday, Aiden!  Thanks for a great day!

The Three Amigos!

Gorgeous view of Windsor - if you look closely, you can see Windsor Castle in the distance.

Trent's first ride ever.

They went on this ride with no parents and they loved it!

Easter 2014

Here are some pictures and videos from Easter this year.  As always, we had a great time dying Easter eggs with Nathan's two best friends, Aiden and Brice.  And, if you're wondering why there are also pictures of the three of them singing and dancing, it's because our Easter egg dying playdate evolved into a karaoke session.  Never a dull moment with these three!

Dying Easter eggs with his best buds.

Moving on to the karaoke/dance party.
